Growth-Oriented Supervision That Truly Sees You
As a therapist, you’re used to being there for others—fully present, attentive, available, and understanding. Sometimes, the intensity of our work and the pace of life make us forget that you also deserve a partner to support you in our challenging and demanding profession.
Beyond the clinical challenges we can face together, perhaps this is also a good time to reflect on what’s happening in your private practice. Maybe you have directions or ideas for developing your professional space, but it’s hard to get started or trust that your idea will work. Let’s discuss it together and see how it can take shape.
Individual Supervision
We all know the sense of isolation in our field, which can grow heavier over time. Having a place to share, consult, and reflect—and to step out of the automatic routines—is invaluable.
After many years of experience supporting therapists in the mental health field and as part of my work as a private practice owner, I invite you to individual supervision. It would be a great privilege to accompany you on your professional journey.
I offer genuine partnership, high availability for consultations in special situations, broadening of perspectives, open-mindedness, and above all—a focus on you as a developing, creative, and uncompromising professional. One who does not settle for the ordinary and insists on expressing her unique voice and applying creative methods in our field.
The Next Step: Focused Group Supervision Leading to Professional Independence in Arts Therapy
Enough time has passed since you completed your training; you’re already practicing and continuing to grow and learn. You feel ready. Perhaps you’ve taken a few steps already but got stuck along the way or delayed for various reasons. Either way—you know you’re an excellent professional, ready to take the next step toward independence.
Where to start? How much time should you devote? The field is full of arts therapists—how will you express your uniqueness and offer added value? How will your message reach clients clearly and effectively, attracting the right people to you?
There’s much to learn and do to successfully navigate this transition—but it’s entirely possible!
Before seeking an accountant, business consultant, or drowning in online advice, I recommend starting with professional supervision tailored to our unique field. Such guidance can save you time, stress, and money.
Unlike individual supervision, “The Next Step” group is a structured learning program with a focused syllabus, designed for arts therapists like you, addressing professional, personal, and business aspects. In the group, we’ll walk step by step, discuss everything important for achieving independence, explore your target client population, clarify the value you wish to offer, and practice tools to communicate it effectively. Together, we’ll also navigate dilemmas that are typical of this process, and connections or partnerships may emerge along the way.
